Welcome to Photloc. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Photloc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Photloc. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent.
You create an account through a third-party authentication provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
You retain ownership of the content (photos, videos, captions) you post on Photloc. By posting content, you grant Photloc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not:
Photloc is a location-based service. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Posts are tied to geographic locations and are visible to other users on the map.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Users can report content and other users through the App's reporting feature. We review reported content within 24 hours and remove any content or users that violate our policies.
Photloc provides a direct messaging feature. You agree not to use messages to harass, spam, or send unsolicited content to other users. We reserve the right to monitor messages for safety and compliance purposes.
The Photloc name, logo, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Photloc. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google, Facebook, Apple (authentication), Firebase (notifications), and Mapbox (maps). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Photloc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for user-generated content or any interactions between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photloc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photloc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
